Recall Habit Programme

​

• Ignore your recall and go "deaf" when you call them on a walk? 

• Are you scared to let your dog off their lead? 

• Does your dog run off after anything that moves? 

• Do you find yourself getting frustrated and repeatedly calling your dogs name? 

• Do you find walks draining, embarrassing and raising your stress levels?

• Each weekday for three months you will receive an email focussed on one small task that will help you grow your recall. Why three months? Research shows that it takes 66 days on average (but sometimes as long as 254 days) for a new habit to become second nature.

• The task should take no more than 15 minutes per day. I am emailing it at the beginning of each week day to tether the doing of this task to the checking of your emails - which for most of us is a daily habit! 

• You will be invited to join a WhatsApp group so you can ask questions and get support as you need it over the 3 months (rather than waiting for our next training session). 

• Each month we will have two in person group sessions and one group zoom ​

We offer our Recall Habit Support Programme and we'd love you to join us. 

Recall Habit Support Programme is abe a combination of week day tasks, in person training, group Zooms and Whats App support.  

The full programme is three months of support, but you can join for one, two or all three months.  

We break down recall into small steps so training is achievable and you can see progress.  

• The willingness to get really focused on what we want 

• The willingness to practice daily for 5-15 minutes 

• The willingness to use management and set our dogs up for success 

• The willingness to be consistent in our training 

• The willingness to commitment to our new training habit!
