Foundation Training Skills Group Class

Service Description

A 4-week in-person foundations course run in partnership with Exmoor Dog Club, available at the special sponsored price of £49 for the full course. Completion of this course (or a 1:1) is the entry requirement for: • Joining Dog Academy group classes membership • Exmoor Dog Club training sessions This ensures every team arrives with the same core understanding, skills, and communication foundations. Aim at end of course is you will leave with: • Understanding of how dogs learn • Understanding of shaping, luring and capturing behaviours • Improved timing, clarity, and reinforcement mechanics • Understanding of your dog’s emotional needs • Understanding of how to break down skills to train • A calm, positive foundation ready for group classes • A stronger relationship with your dog
